Application

For intake during training, we recommend that you mix 40 g with 500 ml of water.
For intake before training, we recommend that you mix 80 g with 500 ml of water approx. 1 hour before activity.
A tablespoon with a top corresponds to approx. 20 g. The mixture must be stirred thoroughly for 1-2 minutes to ensure proper dissolution.
